Hanoi racers won stage 16 of the cross-Vietnam race
PacifyLuong Van Sinh suddenly won the race from Quang Ngai to Binh Dinh on the morning of April 22 after 4 hours 40 minutes and 01 seconds, at the bicycle race to compete for the Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup 2022.
The long race with 179 km had to compete in hot and windy weather, but the drivers still kept attacking to find opportunities. Meanwhile, the team holding the title of Yellow Shirt and Red Shirt of Igor Frolov and the first place of teammate Ho Chi Minh City Vinama tried to control the game to protect the result.

Racer Nguyen Nhut Phat (Vinh Long) won sprint 1 in the awards section along the way. Two strong riders are Roman Maikin (Loc of Heaven Group) and Igor Frolov, respectively, next.
After that, the drivers of Loc Troi Group, Gao Hac Ngoc Troi took turns to attack strongly but could not escape the clinging of Vinama HCMC and the competing teams. Quang Van Cuong (Loc Troi Group) won sprint 2, while Phan Hoang Thai (Dong Thap) came in second and Nguyen Duong Ho Vu (HCMC Vinama) was third.
It was the turn of a successful group of 12 racers towards sprint 3. Lam Gia Hao (Dong Thap) won against Huynh Thanh Tung (Military zone 7) in sprint 3.
When 20 km from the finish line, the attacks in the top with three riders Luong Van Sinh, Phuoc Minh Hoa, Nguyen Huynh Lan. Realizing that these three cyclists are not capable of threatening the titles, Vinama Ho Chi Minh City only kept a safe distance, while the teams of Loc Troi Group and Dong Thap did not actively pull the crowd to chase. Thanks to that, the top three riders successfully escaped to the finish line and Luong Van Sinh excelled in the race after 4 hours 40 minutes and 01 seconds (average speed 38,355 km/h). Nguyen Huynh Lan finished second and Phuoc Minh Hoa finished third.

The crowd finished 1 minute 2 seconds after the top, so the titles remained unchanged after 16 stages. Igor Frolov still wears the Yellow Shirt and the Red Shirt, while Nguyen Van Binh keeps the White Shirt and Tran Tuan Kiet wears the Blue Shirt. Ho Chi Minh City Vinama still holds the first place in the team.
Tomorrow, April 23, the racers of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup – Ton Dong A 2022 will compete in the 17th race from Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh) to Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen) with a length of 116 km.
