Kim Jong Un sent a letter to the President of South Korea
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on April 21 sent a letter to outgoing South Korean President Moon Jae In.

North Korean Chairman Kim Jong Un in the above letter also thanked the Korean leader for his peace efforts, and wrote that he will continue to respect President Moon even after he retires.
According to Yonhap, Kim Jong Un’s letter was written in the context that Moon Jae In had sent the North Korean leader a farewell letter a day earlier on the occasion of his presidency coming to an end.
