Stocks ended the losing streak, FLC “family” stocks jumped up

Closing the session on April 22, VN-Index increased by 9.02 points to 1,379.23 points. The whole floor had 202 gainers, 256 losers and 202 standstill stocks. HNX-Index dropped 7.49 points to 359.12 points. The whole floor had 127 gainers, 109 losers and 37 standstill stocks. UPCoM-Index fell 0.74 points to 104.15 points.

In general, the total matching value reached 28,782 billion dong; In which, the matching value on HoSE alone reached 24,790 billion dong. Foreign investors continued to net buy more than 900 billion dong on HoSE.

Regarding today’s movements, contributing to the green color of VN-Index must mention pillar groups such as banking, real estate, construction with a series of gainers with a wide margin such as STB, VCB, VBB, VAB, ABB, SGB increased by more than 4%; SCR, SZG, NVT, LDG, CCI, HD6, BVL also increased by more than 4%.

Among these groups, the banking group has 5 of the top 10 shares contributing to the market today, including VCB, VPB, ACB, STB, and TCB. Besides, many real estate codes skyrocketed such as XGM VRC, NRC, LAI, PLA…

Notably, stocks of the FLC family, after a series of floor drops so far, rebounded with ROS, HAI more than 6% and flipped to the ceiling like FLC, AMD, KLF, ART…

Particularly, VN30 group increased sharply; in which, GAS was pulled to the ceiling and helped support VN-Index from the continuous selling-off that put pressure on the market towards the end of the session.

On the downside, some stocks that kept their prices or had good gains in recent times such as oil and gas, fertilizer, and retail also dropped. Some stocks were on the floor like DPM, DCM, PVC, PVD.

Regarding the recent incident, stocks in the Louis ecosystem such as BII, TGG, SMT, APG, VKC also had no buyers, with a large oversold volume.
