The townhouse has windows on all sides, taking in light and wind from the sea

A small house located in a small alley near the sea, true to the criteria “Cute – Peaceful – Comfortable”.

Architect Sony Truong shared, there are houses you have to make it up, but there are houses where we just need to stop at the two words “Binh Yen”. Do you feel comfortable when looking at this house?

The area is only 41m2 (4.5 x 9.3m) and the financial capacity is limited, so the construction of high-rise buildings will not be feasible.

However, Mr. Sony Truong still designed two lovely floors, enough for 5 people, including: 3 small bedrooms (with a lower bedroom for the elderly). Living room, 2 upper and lower toilets, open kitchen, altar, balcony. The important thing is the window system around the house to get wind and light from the sea.

Simple decor details still attract the eye, create harmony, increase aesthetics.

The 2nd floor bed uses smart furniture. System of cabinets and dressing table, working seamlessly, saving maximum space. Bed by the window with a long running table for the owner to place plants, small vases or cups of tea, snacks when watching movies, reading books.

Cabinets and decorations are made of natural, environmentally friendly materials.

Due to the renovation of the old house, Mr. Truong took advantage of the sturdy stairs, arranged an additional set of tables in the corner to the floor, which could be used to work, sit and play. Around the house there are many windows for the purpose of getting light and wind from the sea.
