– The series will have a length of at least 100 episodes and will last longer depending on how much the audience likes the movie. We both screened, produced, and wrote the script. I have a team of domestic and foreign scriptwriters to build the film’s story together.

We hope that during the screening of the film, we will listen to the opinions of the audience. The audience’s comments will be immediately rebuilt by our editorial team and will be included in the following sections. And so maybe the audience will receive remuneration from that script, I have faith in the creativity of the audience.

So I determined the film to be shot in small stages, not continuously. Every 10 episodes, we spend time sorting out everyone’s opinions. At the same time, I will observe what events are emerging, what issues the audience is interested in, we will re-implement and put in the sitcom.

What will be the material that makes the audience attractive?

– In my opinion, the main materials that make up a very real story with life are family relationships, office relationships, worries about food, money, and daily awkward situations in the office. Office people encounter and the story of each individual’s personal life, the dark corner that they endure, the sitcom will speak out voices that people can’t speak in everyday life. For example: boss talks about employees and vice versa… Everything will be told more naked to let people realize that they are a part of it. The good thing about sitcoms can be watched many times, sometimes while eating, the audience can also watch it again and do not have to watch it with their eyes, but can listen to the story again and feel the meaning of the content.

And now after 2 weeks of broadcasting, what are your expectations for this project?

– The movie Ugly Girl It’s an imported movie, and it’s an imported movie Small and big in the office I wish to export but it is a dream. In fact, I hope the film won the hearts of domestic audiences. After 2 years, before turning to reality TV production, I rarely do dramas, I think there is a new way of doing, a new approach to conquer the wider market. The sitcom genre is a borrowed foreign genre and we have only been producing it for 10 years, so I have just completed it to not only conquer the domestic audience but also have the ambition to bring the film to a new market. as international.

Through the obvious sharing in this production, the director has placed more emphasis on the content than the cast, can you share the reason?

– I have chosen the cast and crew and am proud of their hard work, professionalism, and respect for the production time. And choosing a celebrity will meet many requirements that long-running dramas are difficult to meet. With this film, each role is the main role because their characters have their own lives that attract viewers. As such, I value both the actors and the content to get a quality finished product!

There have been many movies where the professional element is exploited sometimes not realistically, as a director, what do you think about this?

– With my personal film production, I understand that, so I am a bit “smart” to build the script on the basis of real life that is closest to me. I also applied to actors to hear their opinions, fortunately they also agreed. For example, I invited the main cast to make a cameo for themselves, they dared to present themselves in the movies. For example, director Le Hoang will play himself, “Khanh” Trang will play herself… and the long-term game will be played by the young cast.
