Nhu Quynh cried goodbye to her brother Tuong Khue

On April 21 (US time), Nhu Quynh on behalf of her family held a funeral for her younger brother Tuong Khue. The visitation takes place for 3 hours, from 15:30 to 18:30. After that, the body of singer Tuong Khue was taken to be cremated at The Garden Crematory. The family did not accept offerings and wreaths at the funeral.

Tuong Khue’s real name is Le Lam Tuong Khue, born in 1972. Like her sister Nhu Quynh, Tuong Khue is passionate about singing and lyrical folk music. Nhu Quynh once shared that her brother Tuong Khue worked hard, meticulously and spent time taking care of his sister. In addition to singing, Tuong Khue is also an ao dai designer. Therefore, he took care of all the costumes for Nhu Quynh.

“In the house, only me and Quynh pursue the artistic path. At first, I also sang. However, later, I changed direction when I found myself having a passion for sewing. From a young age, I saw that she often had to borrow clothes to sing, so I always thought that when I grow up, I would make costumes to make her less difficult.” Tuong Khue once talked about changing direction to design.
