Talking to Zing, the commander of the Traffic – Order – Quick Response Team of the Nam Tu Liem District Police said that he had watched the video and understood the incident. He said he assigned an officer who is the deputy team leader to provide verification information next week.
When asked if police 113 has the right to stop vehicles and punish traffic violators, the commander of the Nam Tu Liem District Police Traffic Police Team said that this force is allowed to impose fines, depending on the error.
“For the error of using a mobile phone while driving, police 113 is allowed to punish violators under Decree 100,” said the commander of the Traffic – Order – Quick Response Police Team of Nam Tu Liem District Police.
