Through many procedures, on April 1, 2019, Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee officially approved Hoa Thang Education and Investment Company Limited to be the investor of Le Quy Don Kindergarten project.

Specifically, considering the proposal of the inter-departments of Planning-Investment, Natural Resources-Environment, Education-Training and Finance, on October 24, 2018, Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee issued the official letter “agreeing to the Launched an investment in a preschool project in the form of socialization, with an area of ​​​​5,000m2 right at the location of Phan Thiet night market”.

Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction, Natural Resources and Environment to guide Phan City People’s Committee to establish procedures for local adjustment of construction planning and land use planning at the above location to suit investment objectives. preschool educational institution.

After the above location has been adjusted to the construction planning and land use planning in line with the investment objectives of preschool educational institutions, the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Thuan province announced the call for investment, guide investors wishing to set up projects.
