The suspect who broke into the house in Ho Chi Minh City killed himself at the hotel
Authorities discovered the murder suspect was dead when he broke the door of a motel room. This person was determined to have committed suicide.
On April 23, the source said that the Criminal Police Department – Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with the District 12 Police and the Cu Chi District Police to initially clarify the case.
The murder victim was identified as Mr. PTV (27 years old, living in Go Vap district, temporarily residing in District 12). The suspect is Le Dang Khoa (37 years old, living in Hoc Mon district).
According to initial information, Khoa lent money to Mr. V. before, but he kept asking for it, but he did not pay.
On the evening of April 17, Khoa rode a motorbike to find Mr. V’s house on Tan Thoi Hiep Street 09 (Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, District 12) to continue to collect debts. Here, between the two people, there was a loud argument. Khoa used a weapon to stab Mr. V. collapsed on the spot and died on the way to the emergency room.
After committing the crime, Khoa fled. The police organized the arrest of the suspect Khoa.
Following the trail, the police recently discovered Khoa hiding in a motel in Trung An commune, Cu Chi district. Police scouts approached to convince the subject to surrender.
However, when Khoa did not answer, the reconnaissance force broke the door to go inside and discovered the suspect was dead. Police determined, Khoa committed suicide.
