The account “Hoang Thi Thuy” participates in the groups “Aircraft hunt pilots nationwide”, “Old women, single women looking for young pilots”, “Spring women”, “Young pilots” fly the most prestigious old lady plane”…to actively find “prey”.

Both will scam by appropriating money from prostitution brokers. Specifically, Quoc and Huy devised attractive advertisements to lure young men into traps such as the price of a “fast train” of 10 million VND, of which the brokerage fee was 10% (equivalent to 1 million VND). Overnight price with “old lady plane” is 20 million VND, brokerage fee is 1.5 million VND.

Seeing the extremely high price, many young men agreed to sell sex and register as a “pilot” via Facebook Hoang Thi Thuy.

In order for the “young pilots” to trust the brokerage fee in advance, Huy ordered a fake citizen identity named Hoang Thi Thuy and used this fake document to open a bank account in Hoang Thi Thuy’s name.

After 2 working days, Lien Chieu District Police initially determined that Quoc and Huy had appropriated 17 million VND in brokerage fees from many people.
