And Mr. Tran Thanh Duy, owner of the Tran Duy Villa resort system in Vung Tau City, said that in his 6 years of working with him, he had encountered many cases of guests checking out indiscriminately, even bringing sand to the room, throwing sand. kicked into the pool, broke the TV. Minh Tram, 34 years old, living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, also used to rent a whole house with a friend to have a party while traveling. Many times such incidents happen because the owners and guests do not have clear commitments from the beginning, or the regulations are not well understood and loose by the guests. “Check-out must be in original condition” – is mandatory.
