Also according to the representative of the Management Board, this resort has 28 employees for 5 work groups. Currently, with about 7,000 tourists coming here on the occasion of the anniversary of the ancestors’ death, the service is still guaranteed, but to be professional, more people must be added.

“We need 3-5 guides. The sanitation department also needs 3-5 people,” said Mr. Hoang Thanh Phong, director of the Management Board of Tam Coc – Bich Dong tourist area, Ninh Binh.

Not only lack of labor, many tourism service businesses are also speeding up the retraining of personnel, when the tourism industry has new good signs.

According to statistics of the tourism industry in Ninh Binh province, currently tourism personnel in the province is still short of about 30%. Along with efforts to ensure human resources, digital transformation and sustainable development of cultural and natural heritage tourism values ​​are also problems that Ninh Binh tourism industry poses after the pandemic.
