Hanoi detects 970 more cases of COVID-19, more than 95,000 children aged 5 to under 12 have been vaccinated

Patients are distributed in 252 communes, wards and townships in 26/30 districts, towns. Some districts recorded many patients in a day such as: Ha Dong (85); Dong Anh (72); Long Bien (62); Soc Son (59); Nam Tu Liem (59).

The cumulative number of cases in Hanoi during the 4th outbreak (from April 29, 2021) to date is 1,541,253 cases.

Currently, the whole city has more than 114,400 F0 being treated and monitored (down more than 17,000 cases compared to the previous day). Of these, only 380 people are being treated at hospitals, the rest are more than 114,000 people are being monitored at home.

Regarding the results of vaccination against COVID-19, as of April 23, the city has injected more than 18.2 million injections, of which the 1st injection is 95.8% and the 2nd dose is 99.9%.

For children from 5 to under 12 years old, by the end of April 23, the city had injected 95,111 shots. Currently, there have been no cases of severe reactions after vaccination.
