My chance of survival is only 1%.”
Minh talked about the time he “died and came back to life”
When he heard the news, Minh’s family was extremely sad, his two daughters kept crying at home. The whole family started cleaning up for the funeral. When Mr. Minh was transferred home, the functional forces were also present to prepare for an autopsy.
Mr. Minh said: “Because I had a work accident, the doctor had to come for an autopsy to clarify the cause of death. My mother hesitated because she did not want to cause me “pain” again. Meanwhile, I suddenly Suddenly, he let out a loud breath. When his cousin saw it, he suddenly shouted: “Alive, alive. I was transferred to Sa Dec General Hospital for further treatment”.
Total loss of memory
After more than 20 days of being unconscious, Minh opened his eyes to the surprise of everyone around him. Neighbors, relatives… all came to congratulate the family. However, he completely lost his previous memories. Turning his eyes around, he did not know who was the mother, who was the wife, and both of his little daughters had been waiting for their father to return every day.
“I don’t remember anything before, not even my childhood memories or the dearest person in my life. That hit my head on the ground erased all my memories. Believe it or not, when I returned home At home, I had to learn to remember the faces of my mother, my wife, and my children. I went to my neighbor’s house, and my family had to re-introduce who this is so that I would know. At that time, I was 39 years old, my memory was like a child’s. children, start over from a blank page,” Minh said.
Currently, Mr. Minh is still working for people in the area
The cost of surgery is up to 200-300 million VND, a very large amount compared to Mr. Minh’s income. He shared: “At that time, the family had to take all the savings in the house, the brick kiln owner gave another 20-30 million. After that accident, I was almost empty-handed, starting a new life again. . But I still consider myself lucky to be resurrected again. When I heard that I “died”, my two daughters cried a lot, coming home to them is a great happiness, nothing more is needed. .

Currently, Minh is living with his wife’s family. Two children are at the age of eating, the age of school makes life much harder. Every day, he worked as a weed for hire, planted crops for people in the area. With an income of about 100,000-200,000 VND depending on the day, he spends it all on his family.
At 2:00 pm, he continued to carry the hoe to the field. “My biggest dream is to be healthy, I don’t ask for anything more,” Minh said.
