Register for the exam online to ensure convenience for candidates

This year is the first year 12th grade students across the country register for the high school graduation exam in an online form on the exam management system of the Ministry of Education and Training instead of directly registering by ballot like every year. The ministry said that it has piloted online registration for exams and it is easy for students to do.

Grade 12 students will register for the exam online on the exam management system from May 4 to May 13 at the high school. To familiarize the candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training will open the system 1 week in advance (from April 26 to the end of May 3) for students to register for the mock exam. Account is the student’s citizen identification number or identity card. In case there is no citizen identification or people’s identity card, the identification number issued by the police authority shall be used instead.

Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Quality Management Department (Ministry of Education and Training), said that this is the first time that 12th grade students register for the exam online, so the ministry has piloted it. Online registration at 2 high schools in difficult areas of Bac Giang and Hoa Binh provinces and the results of students making online registration are very convenient:

“At two high schools in difficult areas of both these localities, the initial results were very happy for the students and were easy to implement. Directly watching each candidate do it, you can see what each candidate does. It can be seen that the students are very excited and in the operation in a very short time, 3 minutes, the reason is that the software is also very smart and in it has inherited one of the extremely important contributions. of the teachers in the direction of the task is to review and complete the database of the education sector, and two schools in extremely difficult areas of those two localities, 100% of the children have identification codes”, Mr. Khanh said.

For free candidates, after submitting the registration form for the high school graduation exam directly at the unit prescribed by the Department of Education and Training, the candidate will be granted an account by the exam registration unit (which is the citizen identification number or candidate’s identity card) and password to log in to the exam management system.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that students must keep their account information and passwords confidential. If in case of forgetting the account and password, students can contact the school – the place where they registered to take the exam to get it re-issued.
