As expected, the first two electric car models sold by VinFast in Israel are VF 8 and VF 9. These are also the first two electric models of VinFast sold in the US, Canada and some countries in Europe. These two models began receiving deposits in Israel from the last quarter of this year. The price of the car has not been disclosed. The warranty period is still 10 years or 200,000 km.

The electric motor on the VF 8 and VF 9 has a capacity of 402 hp, 640 Nm of torque and 4-wheel drive. Two versions of VF 8 give a range of about 460 km and 510 km after a single charge. The battery of the two VF 9 versions gives a distance of about 485 km and 680 km after a single charge.

The starting prices of VF 8 and VF 9 in Vietnam are VND 1,057 billion and VND 1,443 billion, respectively. In Canada, the starting price for these two models is announced at 51,250 CAD (about 928 million VND) with VF 8 and 69,750 CAD (about 1,263 billion VND) with VF 9, not too much difference compared to the car price in country.
