In the morning session of April 20, there were 2.38 million POT shares traded in agreement at the price of 34,000 VND/share, 9.3% higher than the reference price, with a total trading value of 81 billion VND/share. copper. Specifically, there were 3 transactions of 700,000, 799,452 and 882,320 units, totaling 12.26% of Postef’s share capital.

This is most likely the number of shares sold by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hong – Member of the Board of Directors of Postef and Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hong – an investor who until the end of last year owned exactly 882,320 Postef shares.

Thus, Mr. Duong Trung Loi is currently the 3rd largest shareholder in Postef, after Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and Lien Viet Securities JSC (LVS) with the ownership rate of 49.99% respectively. and 13.3% of charter capital.

According to Nhadautu.vn’s research, Mr. Duong Trung Loi was born in 1975, has rich working experience in the field of finance – banking, used to work at Vien Dong Insurance Joint Stock Company, Prudential Vietnam, ANZ Vietnam, Maritime Bank, Dong A Bank, and from 2016 until now, Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBank). At some events, Mr. Duong Trung Loi was introduced as the Chief Strategy Officer of HDBank. In addition, he was also introduced as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Satori Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company – the owner of the mineral water brand of the same name.

In addition to the field of manufacturing postal equipment, Postef has recently attracted the attention of investors when he owns two large real estate projects in Hanoi, 63 Nguyen Huy Tuong (Thanh Xuan) with an area of ​​13,000 square meters. with Song Hong Trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, and project 61 Tran Phu (Ba Dinh) with an area of ​​​​7,523m2 in cooperation with Him Lam – Lien Viet Holdings since 2011.

In 2022, Postef plans to generate revenue of VND 1,229.5 billion, profit after tax of VND 19.3 billion, up 9.3% and 45.6% respectively compared to 2021.

At the end of the last trading session on April 22, the market price of POT shares was at 34,400 VND/share, up 85% compared to the beginning of the year.
