According to the research of PV VietNamNeton December 29, 2017 Thanh Hoa Department of Construction granted construction permit No. 7327/GPXD to Mr. Le Ba Thanh’s household, whose address in Ho Chi Minh City is allowed to build housing works in combination with service business, Address in Quang Thang ward, Thanh Hoa city.
According to the design documents, the building is built with 9 floors + 1 basement on an area of 385.3m2, the total floor area is 3,703.9m2, the height of the building is 36.95m; The work is commenced construction within 12 months from the date of being licensed.
After a year of construction, the building was basically finished with the rough part, but the investor built 3 floors higher than the design documents. The above incident was recorded by the Thanh Hoa City Rules Team in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Quang Thang Ward in early 2019.
A leader of Thanh Hoa city said that when detecting violations, the city’s functional forces made a record and handled the violation.
According to this leader, after the above incident, the investor made a dossier to request the adjustment of the construction permit.
Accordingly, on July 11, 2019, the Department of Construction issued Document No. 3995/SXD-HT on the appendix to adjust the license to build housing works combined with service business in Quang Thang ward, Thanh Hoa city. .
Specifically, after adjustment, the building is built with 12 floors + 1 basement + a ladder on a construction area of 440.2m2, the height of the work is 44.55m.
People here said that the above project has been suspended for more than 2 years, about 3 months ago workers returned to continue construction and completion.
