9 countries directly participating in the conference confirmed the 31st SEA Games, only Malaysia attended online

There will be 27 members from 9 team of the ThailandIndonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Brunei, SingaporeTimor Leste will come to Vietnam to attend the Conference directly affirming SEA Games 31, held at Hyatt Regency West Hotel (Hanoi). Only Malaysia Offer to attend online.

The purpose of the 31st SEA Games Affirmation Conference is to unify and confirm with the heads of sports delegations/Olympic Committees of Southeast Asian countries all relevant information about the preparation and organization of the 31st SEA Games including: match venue, number of athletesstaff, registration for competition, program, competition content, accommodation, traffic, automobile, logistics, security, reception, medical and doping testing, immigration procedures, the ceremonies at the congress, volunteers…

SEA Games 31 will open at My Dinh Stadium on the evening of May 12, 2022 MINH TU

SEA Games Operations Center 31 will organize 3 to 4 working groups/groups, each group includes representatives of all sub-committees under the 31st SEA Games Organizing CommitteeHeadquarter, Vietnam Olympic Committee. If at the meetings of the 31st SEA Games delegation heads, the host country Vietnam conducts a joint meeting with other countries, then at the conference, in addition to the general meeting, the Organizing Committee will organize meetings with each country to affirm all related issues before officially attending SEA Games 31.

Conference Organizing Committee Expenses for the organization of the conference according to regulations from the funding source for preparation and organization SEA Games 31 and other funding sources. In which, the expenditure sources according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance on the spending regime on welcoming foreign guests to work in Vietnam Vietnam, spending on organizing international conferences and seminars in Vietnam and spending on receiving domestic guests. The arising amounts will be submitted to the leaders of the Organizing Committee for approval. International groups have to pay for their own international travel expenses, insurance, visas, passports, accommodation (US$50/person/day excluding meals, US$80/person/day including meals), testing costs and treatment Covid-19 if unfortunately get F0.

Vietnamese side will answer relevant questions of the delegations during the conference affirmation of the 31st SEA Games.
