It is known that the 4 drowning victims are all in grade 8 of Nghia Loc Secondary School and live in 2 hamlets of Thinh Hong and Tan Lap. They all have a pretty difficult situation.
The identities of the four dead victims include: HQT; VTM; NHG and HTLA, both born in 2008.

In the process of bathing, the children unfortunately stumbled into a deep puddle, so they struggled. 2 of them were lucky to have entered the shallow water and got ashore safely.
