How to make vegetarian pork ribs rice

Step 1: Cook rice

First, wash the rice thoroughly, then soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes. Then, use your hands to squeeze the rice until it is slightly crushed. When finished, put the bunch of coconut leaves in the rice pot and cook until cooked.

Step 2: Make vegetarian ribs

Soak 5 ribs in a bowl of water for about 30 minutes until soft. At the same time, put in a bowl 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning, ½ tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon char siu seasoning powder and 1 teaspoon pepper, then stir until dissolved.

After soaking in water, wash the ribs again and squeeze them dry. Next, spread the sauce evenly on the sides of 4 ribs (leave 1 piece) and let marinate for about 10 minutes. When done, put the pan and cooking oil on the stove, drop the ribs into the pan and fry on medium-low heat until golden.

Step 3: Make vegetarian fat

Take 1 piece of vegetarian rib and diced. Then, put the oil pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, drop the pomegranate ribs in and fry until golden crispy.

Step 4: Make vegetarian fish sauce

Put the pot on the stove, put 2 tablespoons of vegetarian fish sauce and 4 tablespoons of sugar in the pot, cook and stir until dissolved. Then, pour fish sauce into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of minced chili and mix well.

Step 5: Done

Prepare a plate, put a bowl of rice in the center, then arrange around the ingredients: vegetarian ribs, vegetarian egg rolls, vegetarian skin, pickles, cucumbers and tomatoes. Finally, put the onion, spread the vegetarian fat on top of the rice and drizzle with fish sauce. So it’s done.

Finished product
