At the workshop, medical experts discussed the challenges and limitations of current enhanced insulin options in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and emphasized the need for alternative therapies. Accordingly, iGlarLixi in combination with Glargine 100 basal insulin fixation rate and GLP-1 receptor agonist Lixisenatide is a new alternative.
With individualized doses according to the needs of the patient, the above solution helps control blood sugar effectively when fasting and after eating, stabilizes weight, and is convenient to help patients adhere to treatment.
