Prime Minister Hun Sen also said that the cost to buy masks from people across Cambodia every day is up to about 100,000 USD. The removal of the requirement to wear masks will help reduce a part of costs for the people.

On April 26, the Cambodian Ministry of Health announced that, according to PCR test results, the country recorded only 2 cases of COVID-19 and no new deaths.
