Green Vietnamese villa in the middle of the countryside
This is a renovation and upgrade from an old house in a rural village in Thai Binh. The construction project aims to improve the quality of life for the elderly and is a weekend retreat for the younger generation with the hustle and bustle of urban life.

With a usable area of 600 m2, the house is spaciously decorated with lots of garden space and a small fish pond behind the house.

The space in front of the house becomes harmonious and reduces the heat during the day thanks to the vines hanging down the front part of the main house which is also the living room of the house.

The traditional features of Vietnamese culture are expressed by the owner through the structural lines of the front door frame.

Guest house with furniture with bold Vietnamese culture, the room is also decorated with a worship space that is carefully cared for by the owner, the architect team shared more.

The dining area is spacious and bright thanks to the transparent glass doors that are spread throughout the space.

The kitchen island and cooking area are connected to the dining table, thanks to the courtyard that allows the space to expand upwards. The small landscape of green plants is subtly placed into the room by the owner to bring freshness to the living space.

The corridors and stairs are spaciously arranged, the owner does not completely build the foot of the stairs to help reduce the constriction of this area.

The bedroom has a minimalist design, a desk is placed right in the room overlooking the green field.

A table tennis area is used by family members and come together on weekends.

The garden area with green vegetables and fish pond is the favorite place of the owner. This place ensures to bring clean ingredients for family meals.

The project is surrounded by traditional Vietnamese village houses and gardens and rice fields.
