Initial information said that, at about 2:30 p.m. on the same day (April 25), 4 students from a secondary school in the area (unknown identity) invited each other to the Khe Giang dam area (Tan Huu hamlet, Nghia commune). Loc) to play. Here, 4 children unfortunately drowned.
