The functional forces of Quang Tri province have just found the bodies of two teenagers who were missing after they asked each other to take a bath at the Nam Thach Han irrigation canal (Quang Tri town).

According to initial information, at around 2:30 p.m. today (April 26), Hoang Thi Kim T. (born in 2008, lives in Hai Hung commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province) and Nguyen Thi Tuong V. (born 2008). , residing in Trieu Trung commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province) together went to the K7 sewer area of Nam Thach Han irrigation canal (ward 1, Quang Tri town, Quang Tri province) to take a bath. However, while bathing, unfortunately both of them drowned and disappeared.
Receiving information, the police force went to the scene with local people to join the search. At 5:00 p.m. on the same day, the firefighting and rescue force (Quang Tri Province Police) found the bodies of two children.
Currently, the functional forces are still continuing to clarify the cause of the incident and carry out procedures to hand over the bodies of the two children to their families to take care of the aftermath.
