Speaking at the program, Mr. Vo Tuan Nhan – Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment – said: “Every year we are witnessing serious impacts due to natural disasters and accompanying extreme weather phenomena. The consequences are very heavy. More than anyone, we are more imbued with the meaning of planting trees, greening bare land, restoring ecosystems in all regions of the country.”​
