Starting from today (April 26) to the end of May 3, grade 12 students can log in to the exam management system to try to register for the 2022 high school graduation exam by online form.
This year is the first year that students register for the exam online instead of in person by ticket like every year. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Training spends a week for candidates to practice the operations on the system, before registering for the official online exam.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from April 26 to the end of April 28, the Departments of Education and Training are responsible for setting up and granting 12th grade students in the school year 2021-2022 with an account and password so that the students access the exam management system, serving the registration for the high school graduation exam in 2022.
After the trial registration period, from May 4 to 5 p.m. on May 13, candidates will officially register for the exam online on the exam management system at the high school.

Students use their personal accounts to log in to the exam management system from the time they register for the exam until they see the test results and consider the high school graduation. Candidates are free to register directly at the exam unit prescribed by the Department of Education.
Specifically, the deadlines for registering for the 2022 high school graduation exam:
From April 28 to April 29, schools provide accounts and passwords to serve graduation exam registration for students in grade 12. The account is the candidate’s citizen identification number or identity card number. If not, the school uses the identification code issued by the police agency instead. Students can try to register on the exam management system right after being granted an account until the end of May 3.
From 4/5 to 5pm on May 13, candidates officially registered for the high school graduation exam this year. Freelance candidates also register for the exam directly at the above time. After submitting the form, they will be given an account and password to log in to the system.
Candidates should note the confidentiality of information, change the password as soon as it is granted. In case you forgot your account and password, please contact us to have it reissued.
All candidates will receive their exam papers no later than June 24.
Regarding the exam schedule, candidates will do three independent tests in Mathematics, Literature, and Foreign Languages and two combined tests, namely Natural Science and Social Science in two days 7-8/7.
The high school graduation exam takes place nationwide with the participation of about 900,000 to one million candidates each year. Exam results are mainly used to consider high school graduation. Most universities and colleges also use this test score as the main method for admission, among many other methods.
This year’s exam is basically the same in terms of organization as in 2021, the exams and the format of the questions are kept the same. The exam content is still in the high school curriculum, mainly in grade 12.
According to the regulations and guidelines for organizing the high school graduation exam in 2022, the Ministry of Education and Training (Education and Training) stipulates that there are 3 cases where the high school graduation exam is special.
Firstly, candidates who have an accident, get sick or have a special emergency not more than 10 days before the test date or right in the first exam, cannot take the exam, may be considered for special consideration for high school graduation. The condition is to be graded in terms of academic ability and conduct for the whole year of 12th grade, achieving good or higher.
In these cases, it is necessary to prepare a dossier, including: Hospital admission and discharge records issued by a hospital at the district level or higher (in case of an accident or illness) or confirmation of the commune-level People’s Committee of the place of residence (if there is a job) special ad hoc); Minutes of request for special consideration for high school graduation of the high school where the exam is registered and documents proving the academic and behavioral classification in grade 12.
Second, the candidate has an accident, illness or special emergency after taking at least one exam and cannot continue to take the exam or after having an accident, illness or special emergency. voluntarily participate in the remaining exams.
For these cases, the condition to be eligible for graduation must have the scores of the exams taken to consider the recognition of high school graduation from 5 points or more; graded in grade 12 with average academic performance or higher, conduct from good or higher.
Dossier for special consideration includes the candidate’s request for special consideration; hospital admission and discharge records of the hospital at the district level or higher (if there is an accident or illness) or the certification of the commune-level People’s Committee of the place of residence (if there is a special emergency) and documents proving the classification. type of academic performance and conduct in grade 12.
Third, athletes who are eligible for special consideration for graduating from high school according to the provisions of Article 5 of Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP dated April 29, 2019 of the Government.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, no later than 7 days after the final exam of the exam, candidates must submit a special application to the head of the unit where the candidate registers to take the exam. The head of the unit where the candidate registers for the exam is responsible for receiving and transferring the exceptional dossier to the Department of Education and Training. The High School Graduation Review Board considers and decides on special privileges for candidates based on records and regulations.
