Ms. Ha Thi Thanh Tam, the owner of the restaurant said: “Although the shop is open all morning, afternoon and night, it is strange that it is only crowded late at night, but in the morning it is very empty. From around 9:30 p.m. onwards, especially on weekends, just seeing the motorcycle lights from afar is enough to know that customers are about to arrive.”.
This is a sidewalk restaurant, guests are arranged to sit on 3 sides in a small fork in the alley. The capacity can be up to nearly 5 dozen people at the same time. However, many days, guests still have to wait for tens of minutes to have a seat.
There are all kinds of pho here: chicken noodle soup, rare beef pho, cooked, encrusted, bucket, wine sauce, heart kidney… Besides pho with wine sauce costing 40,000 VND/bowl, the rest are all 30,000 VND/bowl.

Ms. Tam said, each night the shop sells out about 40kg of pho noodles, equivalent to more than 300 bowls. “I’m proud that my pho restaurant is delicious but the price is cheap, so customers who come to eat once, then come back to eat for the second and third time… that’s it!“, she said happily.
In addition, Ms. Tam also added that the best seller is pho with wine sauce, the number of people eating pho with wine sauce at the restaurant accounts for 2/3 of the total number of customers.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Canh (Dong Da, Hanoi) said: “This is my first time coming to this restaurant, I have to admit that the pho here is very delicious. Pho broth is fragrant, sweet, and has the taste of pho without causing the smell of beef. I ate pho with wine sauce, the wine sauce was soft, fragrant, with many crunchy veins, and the seasoning was also very tasty. After today, I will definitely visit this restaurant many more times.”.

Eight guests who sat at a small table on the other side of the street said they were a family of grandparents, two parents and four children who came out to eat pho together today. “Our house is on Ton Duc Thang street, have been a regular customer of this restaurant for many years, the whole family has to come here to eat pho a few times a month.” grandmother shared.
