Professional basketball tournament 3×3 in the opening stage in Da Nang
Danang was selected as stage 1 of Vietnam’s first professional 3×3 basketball tournament (VBA 3×3) taking place on April 30 and May 1. VBA 3×3 includes 2 competitions VBA 3×3 Pro and VBA 3×3 U20.
Both of these events will be competed in front of Trung Vuong Theater Da Nang (35A Phan Chau Trinh, Hai Chau District, Da Nang).
The teams divide the group to find the champion of each stage. In each leg, all teams will be counted rating points according to his performance. When all stages are completed, the 4 teams with the highest ranked scores will participate in the Grand finals to find the champion.

Besides the dramatic matches, VBA also organized 2 more Shootout Contest and 2on2 Dance Battle. Shootout Contest is a contest to throw the ball into the basket on the field VBA 3×3 for professional athletes. Competitors will throw the ball at the required position for 1 minute. 2on2 Dance Battle is a freestyle dance competition between community dance groups performing at the VBA 3×3 field.
