Meanwhile, the Law on Vocational Education 2014 stipulates that “the training period at the intermediate level according to the annual system for holders of a lower secondary school diploma or higher is from 1 to 2 years of study, depending on the major or occupation.” .

Therefore, students graduating from secondary schools study vocational intermediate schools for only 1 to 2 years, unable to complete both the intermediate training program and the continuing education program at the high school level.

On the other hand, the Education Law 2019 also stipulates that students who complete the high school continuing education program who do not take the graduation exam or fail the exam will be granted a certificate of completion by the head of the continuing education center. general education program (this is not possible if the continuing education center does not teach students).
