Punctured lung for flirting with another’s wife
Discovering a young man texting to flirt with his wife, Huynh Dinh Tien brought scissors to the room, stabbing the opponent seriously.
On April 25, the People’s Court of Da Nang City opened a first-instance trial and sentenced defendant Huynh Dinh Tien (35 years old, living in Binh Thuan ward, Hai Chau district) to 9 years in prison for the crime of “Murder”.
This defendant had been in prison for theft of property, and was fined 3 times for illegal drug use, theft and infringing on the health of others.
According to the indictment, on March 29, 2021, Mr. LVA (27 years old, from Thanh Hoa, temporarily residing in Hoa Khanh Bac ward, Lien Chieu district) used Facebook to flirt with Tien’s wife, VTNT (29 years old).
Discovering the message, Tien took his wife’s phone to answer and found out that Mr. A was renting an apartment in lane 561 Au Co street (Hoa Khanh Bac ward).
The next morning, angry because A. texted flirting, soliciting his wife, Tien took a pair of scissors to find the enemy’s room.
When he arrived at the inn, Tien pulled out his scissors and stabbed him in the back. After committing the crime, Tien ran away from the scene.
As a result, the victim suffered a punctured lung, 13% injury.
