Previously, on social networking sites, a clip of a male student running a car ran over a police officer and then ran away, causing a stir. Through research by PV, the incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. on April 24 in Ao Kenh village, Lien Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.
The clip shows that, at that time, on the empty road, a police team was on duty here. At that time, discovering that a female student wearing a motorcycle uniform showed signs of a traffic violation, a police officer immediately ordered the vehicle to stop.
At the same time, another male student without a helmet was driving at a fairly fast speed. Immediately after, a police officer in the working group ran out and blew his horn to stop the car, but the male student could not control his speed, so he hit the soldier.
The direct hit to the car caused the policeman to lie on the road quite painfully, and the male student quickly parked the car and left the scene. Many onlookers immediately ran to try to help the victim, while others tried to chase after the male student.
