Ubisoft is about to launch the PvP game ‘battle arena’ under the Project Q team

Ubisoft recently introduced Project Q, a team fighting game in development on Twitter. The announcement comes just a day after a video was leaked.

Project Q is still in development and will be a “team battle arena” allowing “players to truly own the experience”. Ubisoft also emphasize that Project Q is not a game battle royale which will have various PvP modes. Ubisoft also said it has no plans to use NFT for the title games this.

Not much official information has been shared, but Ubisoft is inviting players to sign up for future betas on a website and give feedback. Although official information has not been announced specifically, players can already know a lot about the gameplay, menus, equipment and some game modes.

The leaked video shows gameplay of two different matches, from the lobby to the end of the match. The first version of this game featured two different modes: “Showdown”, which can be compared to the battle royale genre but with less players, and “Battle Zone”, which consists of two teams trying to capture and preserve Defend an area until they reach 100 points.

Players can equip as “Wonders” to own different skills for their characters. They range from wrestling masks and decks to legendary weapons like the Scepter of Wukong, each type has a corresponding skill. However, the game is still in development and some elements of it are subject to change.

The release date of Project Q has not yet been announced by Ubisoft.
