Level 4 online public service includes 4 procedures including: Temporary vehicle registration at the Road and Railway Traffic Police Department; Revoking the vehicle registration certificate and license plate at the Road and Railway Traffic Police Department; Issuing a license to use the vehicle’s signaling device has the right of priority; Pay fines for administrative violations in the field of road traffic.

PC08 also noted that people, with online public services at level 4, people can choose to pay directly, online or by post to users.
