Da Nang closes the time to hold the 10th grade entrance exam

The specific exam schedule is as follows: On June 10, in the morning candidates take the Literature exam, the time to do the test is 120 minutes, from 8 am to 10 am; Afternoon foreign language exam time 90 minutes, from 14h30 to 16h.

On June 11, candidates taking the Math test took 120 minutes from 8am to 10am.

On the morning of June 12, candidates taking the entrance exam to Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted will take a 150-minute specialized exam, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Candidates must be present at the test site at 9:30 a.m. on June 9 for instructions on exam rules. Candidates for the specialized exam (enrolled in Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted) are present at the test site from 7:00 a.m. on June 12 to take the exam.

Drawing lessons from previous years’ exams, the Da Nang Department of Education and Training noted “Teachers remind students to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the exam. In particular, take the test on the correct part of the paper for your homework. candidate; write the answer in the box specified for each part of the foreign language test (candidates who do not enter the correct box will not be graded for that part). Use a pencil to take the test.”

According to this Department, the total target for entering 10th grade at 22 public high schools of the city in the school year 2022-2023 is 11,344 students, staffed into 264 classes.

The method of admission into class 10 of a public high school is a combination of entrance examination and entrance exam. Specifically, the conversion score is calculated based on the results of classification of conduct and academic performance of 4 years of secondary school education; scores on three fixed test subjects including Mathematics, Literature and Foreign Languages.

For students who register for the entrance exam to Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, students will take an additional exam for a specialized subject and calculate a score of 3.
