According to Mr. Vo Ta Nhan, on the morning of April 26, Le Quynh Tr (born 2018), residing in Thien Cam town, was returned to the Kindergarten in Thien Cam town to study. Here, the teachers discovered that the child had abnormal symptoms, so they took him to the medical station for examination.
Upon examination, it was discovered that the child had many bruises on his body, his face was swollen, and his head had signs of bleeding. Suspecting that Le Quynh Tr was beaten, everyone reported it to the authorities.

At 2pm on April 26, Le Quynh Tr (4 years old) was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Ha Tinh General Hospital in the state of having a sutured head wound before entering the hospital. , scratched some points and bruised many areas of the body… After the examination, the hospital carried out procedures for the child to be admitted to the hospital.
During the verification process, the police initially determined that the person who caused Le Quynh Tr’s injuries was her biological aunt Nguyen Thi Huyen (SN 1999, residing at Nhan Hoa TDP, Thien Cam town) so she is temporarily detained. for further investigation and clarification.

At the authorities, Nguyen Thi Huyen confessed that because Le Quynh Tr’s parents are doing business in the South, from November 2020 until now, they have sent their daughter to the subject to take care of.
