Tan Hoang Minh Hotel (Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Company), Winter Palace Joint Stock Company (Winter Palace Company), Viet Star Real Estate Investment Company Limited (Vietnam Star Company) and Soleil Hotel Services and Investment Joint Stock Company (Soleil Hotel Company).

Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Law 2019, at the request of the competent authority, on April 3, 2022, the State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 181/QD-UBCK on the cancellation of 9 bond offerings. from July 2021 to March 2022 with a total value of VND 10,030 billion.

Currently, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has prosecuted the case and prosecuted the accused against Do Anh Dung – Chairman of the Members’ Council, General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Company; Nguyen Manh Hung – Chairman of the Board of Members of Viet Star Company; Tran Hong Son – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soleil Hotel Company; Nguyen Khoa Duc – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Director of the Winter Palace Company to investigate the crime of “fraudulent appropriation of property” under the provisions of Article 174 of the Penal Code related to violations in business activities. Therefore, regarding the procedures for refunding money to investors related to the cancellation of the above 9 bond offerings, the State Securities Commission has written requests for companies to contact and work with the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Finance. Police to solve.
