He stressed that Russia has all the tools to react and no country but Russia can boast of these tools. “But we won’t brag. We will use them if necessary,” the leader emphasized, adding that Russia was prepared for such reactions.

The statement was made after Russia announced the successful test launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile RS-28 Sarmat last week. The new missile can carry Avangard hypersonic gliders, which are said to be able to carry nuclear warheads. Russia claims that the Avangard can penetrate any defense system thanks to its high speed and flexibility in flight.

President Putin said that Russia’s Satan-2 missile had just been tested “unmatched”

After Russia launched the campaign military in Ukraine since February 24, Western countries have sent many weapon for Ukraine to defend but ruled out the possibility of sending troops to or setting up a no-fly zone in Ukraine for fear of conflict with Russia.

On the other hand, the West also imposed many heavy sanctions on Russia to prevent it from maintaining a military campaign.

In a related development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Twitter on April 27 that Indonesian President Joko Widodo had invited him to the conference. G20 in Bali in November 2022. Zelensky did not say whether he had accepted the invitation, but Russia had previously announced that President Putin planned to attend the event.

Ukraine is not a member of the G20 while Russia is in it. Many other members have called for Russia to be excluded from this year’s event but Indonesia, this year’s host country, is apprehensive about the suggestion.

The Indonesian side has not confirmed Mr. Zelensky’s statement. However, Reuters quoted Rizal Sukma, a former Indonesian diplomat and a political analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (USA), as saying that the invitation reflects Indonesia’s intention to create opportunity for Russia and Ukraine to find a way to achieve peace.
