According to the allegation, on the evening of April 16, Na drove a five-seat car to the house of a 53-year-old man, residing in Que Thuan commune, to borrow 40 million VND. However, this person only lent Na 10 million VND and wrote a loan letter, leaving his car and some papers.
Five days later, Na went to the borrower’s house to steal the car. He drove to a friend’s house in Que An commune to hide.
