Looking back 3 years ago, in 2019, the average income of LienVietPostBank employees was only 15 million VND/month, the average salary was 14.3 million VND/month. Thus, in 3 years, the average income of this bank’s employees has increased by 7 million VND/month.

In the first quarter of 2022, LienVietPostBank also continued to spend heavily on employees. Specifically, the cost of employees in the first quarter of this year was VND 642 billion, up 24.6% over the same period in 2021. In which, salary and allowance expenditure increased sharply by 29% to VND 552 billion.

At the end of March, the bank had 10,981 employees, an increase of 332 people compared to the beginning of the year. It is estimated that in the first quarter, the average income of LienVietPostBank employees is 20 million VND/month.

This bank reported a pre-tax profit of nearly 1,800 billion dong in the first quarter. Accordingly, on average, each LienVietPostBank employee generated more than 166 million dong in the first three months of the year for the bank.

In addition to the salary increase, in 2021, LienVietPostBank also issued 35 million shares under the Employee Options Program (ESOP) at the price of 10,000 VND/share. This share is restricted from being transferred for 1 year from the end of the issuance.
