According to the Task Force, this facility has 2 floors. The ground floor is a nail salon (manicure, pedicure). The first floor has 1 room with 2 beds to perform cosmetic services.

The representative of this beauty establishment said that it had just moved from Tan Binh district to the above address on April 12. On April 23, the staff here performed filler injections for Mrs. TTP (filler purchased by Mrs. P. herself).

The inspection team asked the establishment to stop operating and seal some drugs, equipment and medical supplies. Currently, District 6 Health Department is coordinating with Cho Ray Hospital to provide information, situation and medical records of Ms.

Previously, on April 23, Ms. TTP (39 years old) was injected with filler in the chest and abdomen at the aforementioned facility. By the next morning, Mrs. P. complained a lot. Her family took her to Binh Tan District Hospital for emergency treatment with difficulty breathing, low blood pressure, diagnosis of grade 3 anaphylaxis. After that, the patient was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital for further treatment.

At Cho Ray Hospital, the patient was transferred to the Department of Cardiology, where acute myocardial damage was suspected due to acute myocarditis, kidney damage. Doctors performed dialysis, run ECMO (artificial cardiopulmonary bypass).
