A completely different look of Panorama Ma Pi Leng project after 2 edits

After 2 revisions to harmonize with nature, Panorama Ma Pi Leng has a new look compared to the original time.

In October 2019, the Panorama Ma Pi Leng restaurant, motel and coffee complex (Meo Vac district, Ha Giang) was condemned for infringing on a national scenic relic. In addition, this work is also illegally built on the land of perennial crops that have not been converted…

After the authorities got involved, Ha Giang province decided not to demolish the work, but asked the investor to modify it into a sightseeing stop. By 7/2020, the investor started to edit the work.

The investor repainted the outside of the building from gray to green with the desire to turn it into a wild and in harmony with nature.

After the first revision, many people commented that the Ma Pi Leng Panorama project was somewhat more superficial than the original. The front part close to the traffic road instead of two floors now looks like three floors. The color of the construction materials and the yin and yang roof tiles are not the same as the design… The project continued to be required to be revised for the second time.

Compared to the original time, the architecture of the work has been changed quite a lot to be more in harmony with the nature of the rocky plateau.

The work has been roofed, tiled instead of the flat roof as before. Around the house are also planted more trees.

The leveled floors of the building remain the same, only the exterior color is edited.

The project allows visitors to have a panoramic view of Nho Que River, Tu San Canyon and the majestic rocky mountains of the Ha Giang rocky plateau.
