Arresting 2 subjects for no reason, carrying sticks to beat people with traumatic brain injury, injury 48%

This afternoon (April 28), information from the Dak Lak Provincial Police said that they had ordered the arrest of two subjects for the act of “murder”. Two arrested subjects include: Y Quan Nie (17 years old) and Rmah Alen (16 years old) living in Vu Bon commune, Krong Pak district.

Two subjects were detained for the act of “murder”.

Before that, at about 8 p.m. on August 30, 2021, Quan and Alen and some friends invited each other to the duck hut at the Enong A dam, Vu Bon commune to ask for ducks to come back for meat and drink.

While on the way, Quan’s group saw Mr. Trac Van Phuong (22 years old, living in Vu Bon commune) riding a motorbike with a friend to the bank of the village of Ennong A above to play. Quan invited a group of friends to fight.

Quan and Alen took the stick to find Phuong and his group around the dam. Meeting with Mr. Phuong and his friends playing on fire at the corner of the dam, the two subjects immediately rushed in with sticks to beat him in the head, causing Mr. Phuong to collapse on the spot. Quan’s group left home after hitting people.

On the victim’s side, Phuong was taken to the Central Highlands General Hospital by his family members in a state of traumatic brain injury with an injury rate of 48%.

After a period of investigation, the police of Dak Lak province issued a decision to temporarily arrest the above two subjects to handle according to the law.
