Fraud 1.5 billion dong when asked to buy a Mercedes
Asked by a friend to buy a Mercedes, Kien appropriated the amount of 1.5 billion VND and then used it for personal purposes.

According to the police, Kien is Ms. H. (27 years old, in Bac Tu Liem district) who is a friend.
At the end of 2020, knowing that Ms. H. had a need to buy an old Mercedes C200 car, Kien said that an acquaintance wanted to sell the car for 1.5 billion VND.
Ms. H. then asked Kien to buy for her and transferred 1.5 billion VND to the accused to buy a car.
After receiving the money, Kien did not fulfill the commitment but used it for personal purposes. During the investigation, the police prosecuted and detained Kien.
