This project has a scale of 360 apartments invested by Thien Phat Tourism Service Production Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. Phase 1 of the project was put into operation 10 years ago with a scale of 350 apartments.

With 360 apartments in phase 2 of the project, it is expected to provide 1,000 accommodation for workers. The project has a total investment of 408 billion VND, expected to be completed after 2 years.

Also in Thu Duc City, on April 26, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction cooperated with Dien Phuc Thanh Housing Construction and Trading Company Limited to start the project of social housing in Long Truong Ward.

This project is located in the master plan of the residential area of ​​P.Long Truong, with 3 blocks with a total size of 558 apartments.

On April 26, another social housing area in Binh Hung commune, Binh Chanh district also broke ground. This is a project invested by Nguyen Son Real Estate Joint Stock Company (a member of Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company).

The above social housing area is building C of zoning Nguyen Son residential area. The project was built on an area of ​​3,700m2, with 242 apartments.

Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony, Mr. Le Tran Kien – Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction said that this project is one of 18 projects that have been accelerated for implementation this year. The project promises to create positive changes in a timely manner to meet the housing needs and improve the quality of life for residents low income people.
