Specifically, the State Bank of Vietnam has issued Decision No. 717/QD-NHNN dated April 20, 2022 on approving the change of SeABank’s charter capital on SeABank’s operating license from VND 14,785 billion to VND 16,598 billion dong after the successful offering of 181,311,631 shares to the public for existing shareholders. Previously, in 2021, SeABank increased its charter capital twice with a total of VND 2,698 billion through stock dividends, stock issuance for employees (ESOP) and public offering.
