Previously, in 2021, SeABank increased its charter capital twice with a total of VND 2,698 billion through stock dividends, stock issuance for employees (ESOP) and public offering.

Accordingly, SeABank plans to issue 211,400,000 shares (equivalent to 12.7%) to pay dividends in 2021 and issue 109.7 million shares (equivalent to 6.6%) to increase capital. from equity capital. Thus, it is expected that each shareholder of SeABank will receive dividends in shares and shares to increase capital from owners’ equity at the total rate of nearly 20%.
