In recent days, a share from 2019 by Shark Viet about the working of non-professional employees has also been dug up. Accordingly Shark “grandfather” said:
“Many Vietnamese employees go to work and just want to come back at exactly 5pm, so they often ask for leave. Grandfather’s death anniversary is also off, and then grandmother’s birthday is also off. Shark Viet’s shares quickly attracted the attention of netizens. Many people agree that at present, many workers are quite passive, after working time is considered as out of work, refusing to pay attention or learn more. Others think that Shark’s statement is a bit overwhelming, because everything such as working hours and breaks are specified in the contract. The more employees are paid, the more they contribute, it may not be encouraging but there is nothing wrong here.

More clearly than Shark Viet, Shark Linh also frankly said that young people who go to work should not return before 7pm because it is too early. The text of Shark Linh’s sharing in 2018 used to make waves on social media:
“The most basic thing is that you come back from work from 9am to 6pm, but then you have to do something more. That is: You shouldn’t leave before 7am, that’s too early. You can stay and do another job, respond to emails, do more research, and when you come back, you can do more research.”

With Shark Binh when a netizen suggested sharing about people who work during the day to make money and surf Facebook at night, NextTech President frankly said:
“In essence, you guys go to work to earn money and then come back to play, I don’t call it making money, I just call it making a living. The two words ‘make money’ and ‘make a living’ are a bit different.”.
According to Shark, after work, maybe because of the pushy circumstances, many people still have to go to earn a living, but if they have passion, at the end of the day, they will spend most of their time on that passion, not just playing: “Spending time for entertainment, watching movies, listening to music, chatting… we still don’t have passion in our nature.
