Specifically, Vietcombank reduced by 20 dong in both buying and selling directions compared to the survey price yesterday morning, listing USD at 22,820 – 23,100 VND/USD. VietinBank decreased by 26 VND to 22,811– 23,091 VND/USD while BIDV decreased by 15 VND in each direction, to 22,825 – 23,105 VND/USD.

ACB is down 20 dong while Eximbank is down 30 dong each way, listing USD at 22,870 – 23,050 VND/USD and 22,860 – 23,040 VND/USD respectively. The exchange rate at Sacombank is 22,835 – 23,092 VND/USD, down 12 VND each way.

Techcombank is still trading USD at 22,816 – 23,094 VND/USD, down 24 VND compared to yesterday morning. Similarly, the USD forward rate at this bank was also adjusted down sharply from 24 -25 dong depending on the term.
