Generally, in the first 4 months of 2022, the whole country has 49.6 thousand newly registered enterprises with a total registered capital of 635.3 trillion dong and a total number of registered employees of 348.2 thousand employees.

The average registered capital of a newly established enterprise in the first 4 months of 2022 reached VND 12.8 billion, down 9.9% compared to the same period in 2021. If including VND 1,345.5 trillion of additional registered capital, of 17.1 thousand enterprises increased capital, the total registered capital added to the platform economy in the first 4 months of 2022 is 1,980.8 trillion VND.

Also in April, there were 5,391 enterprises registered to suspend business for a definite time, up 81.1% over the previous month; There are 3,762 enterprises that have stopped operating pending dissolution procedures and 1,227 enterprises have completed dissolution procedures.

In general, in the first 4 months of 2022, the number of enterprises suspending business for a term of 41,000 enterprises; 15 thousand enterprises are waiting for dissolution procedures and nearly 5.6 thousand enterprises have completed dissolution procedures.
